OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

1. Who Can Enter:

   Any legal U.S. resident, age 18 or older by July 1, 2008 may enter. Only one registrant per household is accepted per week. Employees of the Playbook Publishing Company Inc. ('Playbook Publishing'), or Winning Ways of South Florida, Inc. ("Winning Ways") their affiliated and subsidiary companies and the respective members of their households or immediate families are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter:

   Logon to www.theplaybookpub.com and enter your Dream Vacation number, appearing in the Playbook. When you enter online, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional materials, emails and or reminders for upcoming promotions and /or information about Playbook Publishing, Winning Ways and related entities. Consenting to receive such promotional materials, emails and or reminders is optional, is not a condition for eligibility to participate in the contest, and does not improve your chances of winning.
   
   A registrant may also participate in the Contest by sending a postcard with their, full name, postal address, phone number, and email address to Dream Vacation Contest Entry, P.O. Box 7080, Hicksville, New York 11802-7080. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than the last day of the month and received no later than the 5th of the month for drawing held in the subsequent calendar month. Any mail-in entry improperly dated will be disqualified. Any mail-in entry that is illegible, incomplete, received late or does not carry proper postage will be disqualified.
   
   If submitted by mail, no more than one entry, per registrant, may be postmarked on any calendar day.
   
   All on-line and mail-in entries must be received not later than 5 p.m. Eastern Time on the last day of the month to be eligible for the drawing. Only one entry per household per week is accepted.
   
   This Contest is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void in Puerto Rico, outside the U.S. and where prohibited by law.
   
   All entries become property of Playbook Publishing.

3. Contest Dates:

   The Dream Vacation Contest will begin on July 1, 2008. One prize drawing will be held during each calendar month that the Contest is advertised in Playbook Magazine. The chances of winning will be based upon the number of Contest entries received each calendar month (via both on-line log ins and registrations received through the mail). There is no carry-over of Contest entries from one Contest calendar monthly period to the next. Playbook Publishers may elect to conclude, suspend or discontinue the Contest program at any time.

4. Prizes:

   The total retail value of each month's Dream Vacation Contest prize is $2,000. Some restrictions including, but not limited to, dates of travel, airline, use and location of the hotel accommodations portion of the prize may apply. The prize cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash. Playbook Publishing reserves the right to substitute the prize, or portions thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value.

5. Prize Drawings:

   Winners will be selected at random by Playbook Publishing, based upon qualified entries obtained via both log ins and mailed registrations, received during each calendar month that the Contest is in effect. The prize drawing for the Contest will be held on or around the 15th day of each month. Playbook Publishing reserves the right to determine the qualification eligibility of each properly registered entry.

6. Odds of Winning:

   Each registrant's odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of qualified entries received both on line and through the mail during each monthly Contest drawing.

7. Winner Notification:

   The winner will be notified via e-mail or by letter sent via US first class mail within 24 hours of the prize drawing, on or about the 15th day of each month that the Contest is held. Winners will be required to respond, in writing by Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested to the e-mail or letter to acknowledge receipt of the prize. If no response is obtained within seven (7) calendar days of notification, additional attempts may be made by Playbook Publishing to reach the winner by phone or mail. If no response is obtained by Playbook Publishing from the winner by the last day of the calendar month in which the drawing was held, the prize will be awarded to a replacement winner drawn by Playbook Publishing at random. Playbook Publishing decisions about winners are final.

8. Limits of Liability:

   Playbook Publishing shall have no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, losses, claims or damages of any kind that may result from acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of any prize. Playbook Publishing assumes no liability for lost or misdirected log ins, entry forms or submissions whether due to technical, computer, mail or any malfunctions of any kind. Playbook Publishing reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Contest at any time if the Playbook Publishing website or any computer related software, hardware or any other function is or becomes, infected by a virus, the website is infiltrated, hacked and/or damaged or the integrity of the Contest is in any way compromised, damaged or altered.

9. Change to Rules:

   These Official Contest Rules are subject to change each month that the CONTEST is conducted. Participants should review the Official Contest Rules each month.

10. Winner Responsibilities:

    Winners are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any and all tax liabilities that are and may be incurred with the award or use of any contest prize, including any federal, state and local taxes. Winner will be issued a 1099 tax form for the cash value of the prize. Winners must submit an affidavit of eligibility and compliance with the Official Contest Rules.

11. Publicity:

    Playbook Publishing reserves the right to use the names and addresses, including email addresses, of all entrants in the contest for any and all commercial, marketing, or other promotional uses. By submitting an entry into the contest, each such entrant authorizes, agrees and consents to such use by Playbook Publishing of any and all such information. The Playbook Publishing Co. may also wish to publish the first and last name and location (city/state) of winners, and any quotation that the winner is willing to provide on theplaybookpub.com website.
